The project design tries to integrate creative ideas with design of commercial buildings.

This commercial building is a commercial multi-use and integrates the functions of office, conferences, shopping and exhibition etc...

It is in Manno near Lugano (500 m from the Lugano Nord highway exit) and it's a part of a 3-building complex which currently hosts many national and international companies.

In this centre is possible to find a several services such as restaurants, bars, conference rooms, a fitness centre, parking places (inside, outside and some intended for visitors), bus stops, a phone exchange with over 2’000 extensions and an information office.

This Commercial Building has become one of the most interesting development sites in Ticino.
